South End Trade Links (SETL) is a professionally managed pharmaceutical distribution and institutional business group based in Trivandrum, Kerala , with operations across Kerala.

We work with leading MNC pharmaceutical companies and handle specialty and imported medicines across Government, Defence, ESI, Railways, ISRO and major corporate hospitals .

We are looking for a smart, organised and responsible professional to join our team as:

💼 ADMIN EXECUTIVE – GOVERNMENT & HOSPITAL ACCOUNTS

This is not a routine administration role . The position offers hands-on exposure to:

🔹 Government & Institutional Tenders

🔹 GeM & Tender Documentation

🔹 Government & Hospital Accounts

🔹 Preparation & Evaluation of Quotations

🔹 Commercial Analysis & Pricing

🔹 Coordination with MNC Pharmaceutical Companies

🔹 Coordination with Government & Corporate Hospitals

🔹 Invoicing & Documentation

🔹 Excel / Google Sheets & MIS

🔹 SOP-based Process Management

🎯 WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone who is:

✅ Good in Excel / Google Sheets

✅ Strong in Malayalam & English communication

✅ Hindi knowledge will be an advantage

✅ Organised and detail-oriented

✅ Good at follow-up and coordination

✅ Responsible and reliable

✅ Willing to learn and take ownership

✅ Interested in building a career in pharmaceutical distribution & institutional business

💰 SALARY & BENEFITS

Experienced Candidates: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000/month

Freshers / Trainees: ₹12,000 – ₹14,000/month
