Admin Executive (Project/Construction)

• Monitor and track project progress to ensure work is completed according to schedule.
• Oversee and coordinate the daily operations of ongoing projects.
• Prepare project reports with accurate data and present to company director and site managers.
• Prepare and submit progress claims to Felda.
• Follow up on payment status and ensure timely collection.
• Prepare and manage project documentation including invoices, tenders, and contract documents.
• Liaise and work closely with contractors, workers, and government officers from agencies such as Felda Plantation Management Sdn Bhd, FGV Plantations (M) Sdn Bhd, FELCRA Berhad, Felcra Bekalan & Perkhidmatan Sdn Bhd, and LKPP Corporation Sdn Bhd, as well as other relevant parties involved in project matters.
• Monitar and update records of subcontractor work data.
• Work closely with estate managers to monitor production yield and workers’ daily work records.

Requirements

• Fluent in Bahasa Melayu with good written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Basic knowledge in accounting and strong numerical skills are preferred, as the role requires handling calculations, progress claims, and project-related financial data.
