Admin Executive (QHSE Department)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Head of QHSE in maintaining company safety records and systems.
• Collect and organize performance statistics for management reports.
• Assist with tender documents by providing safety-related information.
• Communicate with vessels on safety and compliance matters.
• Help coordinate audits and ensure timely closure of findings.
• Maintain filing systems for certificates, training records, and inspection documents.
• Schedule and coordinate management visits.
• Prepare monthly safety performance reports for clients.
• Review vessel documentation to ensure proper filing and control.
• Compile and present data for quarterly and annual management meetings.
• Keep the QHSE tracking matrix updated with vessel data and reports.
