Admin Executive (Retail Store)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Store Admin Executive to manage day-to-day store administration, facility operations, housekeeping, maintenance, and vendor coordination to ensure smooth and efficient store functioning.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage day-to-day facility and administrative operations of the retail store.
2. Ensure proper housekeeping, cleanliness, hygiene, and overall store upkeep.
3. Coordinate retail store maintenance, including electrical, plumbing, civil, AC, and other facility-related issues.
4. Monitor and maintain store facilities, equipment, and infrastructure.
5. Manage and coordinate with housekeeping and other service staff.
6. Handle vendor management, including coordination, follow-ups, and service quality.
7. Ensure timely resolution of facility and maintenance complaints.
8. Maintain records of facility expenses, vendor bills, AMC, and service activities.
9. Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and facility-related standards.
10. Support the Store Manager in ensuring smooth overall store operations.
