Admin Executive (University, West)

Working Hours: Office Hours
Salary: $2760/month
Duration: 4 months (Subject to extension)
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with admission and application matters for graduate research and coursework programmes.
• Check and verify documents for students enrolment
• Review applications and ensure details are accurately recorded.
• Follow up on outstanding documents via email.
• Perform data entry of student records.
• Handle phone inquiries.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• A-Level or Polytechnic Diploma in any discipline, with or without relevant administrative experience.
