We’re looking for a reliable and energetic individual to support our Workshop Department—helping to keep operations efficient, coordinated, and always on track.

What You’ll Be Doing

No two days are the same, but here’s what your role will involve:

• Provide full administrative support to the Workshop team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Handle job orders, service records, and workshop documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal teams, drivers, and technicians to ensure timely updates and workflow alignment.
• Assist in scheduling maintenance, repairs, and workshop activities.
• Maintain proper filing systems and support reporting needs for management.

We’re Looking For Someone Who…

✔ Has at least a Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.

✔ Has prior experience in admin or workshop/operations support (advantageous).

✔ Is organised, detail-focused, and able to multitask in a busy environment.

✔ Comfortable using Microsoft Office and basic systems.

✔ Open to Singaporeans only and can start work within short notice.
