ADMIN EXPORT & IMPORT

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Prepare and organize import documents such as B/L, Invoice, Packing List, Insurance, and COO.
• Create and submit PIB using CEISA 4.0; ensure accuracy of HS Code based on import goods.
• Review and verify manifest and draft PIB prior to submission.
• Communicate and coordinate with Sales, Shipping Lines, and Operations Team for smooth clearance.
• Check pre-alert emails and forward to customers accordingly.
• Review draft manifest and charges related to D/O and freight (if collect) payable to third parties.
• Prepare payment submission documents (D/O, freight, and others to third parties).
• Email the PIB to the customer and follow up if revisions are needed until approved.
• Send e-billing; once payment is received, proceed to arrange delivery.
• Monitor customs responses such as INP, NPD, or NOTUL and promptly notify the customer.
• Prepare necessary documents for billing closing process.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in import freight forwarding.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written).
• Strong knowledge of import procedures and customs regulations.
• Proficient in CEISA 4.0 and HS Code classification.
• Computer literate (Ms. Excel/Word/Internet/Email).
• Customs/PPJK certificate is an advantage.
• Having good personality, Detail-oriented, communicative, hard working and should be able to working under pressure
