Admin Export & Import

About the role

Reporting to the Export & Import Specialist, this full-time ADMIN EXPORT & IMPORT position at Eastlync Technology Indonesia is responsible for coordinating and executing the company's import and export activities at our company in Karanglo, Singosari, East Java. This strategic role is crucial in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials to support our production operations.

What you'll be doing

• Manage the end-to-end process of importing and exporting goods, including liaising with customs officials, freight forwarders and other third-party logistics providers
• Prepare and submit all required documentation for import and export shipments in compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Track shipment status and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely receipt, storage and distribution of imported goods
• Maintain accurate records and inventory of all import and export activities
• Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during the import/export process
• Suggest process improvements to enhance the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of our import and export operations

What we're looking for

• 1 years' experience in an administrative or coordination role within an import/export or logistics environment
• Strong knowledge of import/export procedures, customs regulations and documentation requirements
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders
• Be able to join ASAP
• Willing to learn, grow in the career, and embrace challenges.
• Keen attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
