Admin Facilities & Security

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in corporate security, safety, facilities security, or related functions.
• Knowledge of security operations, emergency response procedures, and risk management practices.
• Familiarity with government regulations and workplace safety standards.
• Strong incident investigation, report writing, and documentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and report preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily security and safety operations to ensure a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and company assets.
• Implement and enforce security policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Monitor, investigate, and document security and safety incidents, events, and risks.
• Support BCP initiatives, emergency drills, and actual emergency response activities.
• Conduct security and emergency preparedness orientations and ensure ongoing training for security personnel.
• Maintain effective relationships with law enforcement agencies, government offices, and external stakeholders.
• Manage security-related processes, including employee exit clearances, access control, and security support for company events and client visits.
• Ensure appropriate security and safety controls are in place and aligned with company, client, and government standards.
