- Proficient in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Philippine tax laws and government compliance (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Integrity, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality
