About the role

PT Piter Gan Architect is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin / Finance professional to join our growing team in South Jakarta. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial and administrative operations of our organisation. As Admin / Finance, you will be responsible for managing administration and financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role is essential to supporting the smooth operation of our business and providing accurate financial information to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Processing and recording financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers
• Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records and ledgers in accordance with accounting standards
• Reconciling bank statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
• Assisting in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
• Supporting budgeting and forecasting activities
• Create tax invoices
• Maintaining organised filing systems for all financial documents and records
• Coordinating with external auditors and providing necessary financial documentation
• Handling general administrative tasks including data entry, correspondence, and scheduling
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations

What we're looking for

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in accounting or finance administration, preferably 2-3 years in a similar role
• Strong proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail
• Solid understanding of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Integrity and discretion when handling sensitive financial information
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements in Indonesia
