Admin Finance

About the role

The Admin FInance will be part of the finance team, supporting daily accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping.

Key responsibilities

• Handling accounting data entry and bookkeeping
• Maintaining and recording supplier invoices and payments
• Matching accounting data
• Checking payment status and updating customers
• Processing payments and updating service providers
• Assisting with monthly reconciliation of financial statements
• Recording expense claims and petty cash transactions
• Maintaining proper filing of accounting documents
• Undertaking other accounting-related tasks as required

About you

• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia
• 2 years and above experience in Account/Auditing
• Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including financial formulas and spreadsheets)
• Good data entry skills with the ability to identify numerical errors
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• A strong sense of responsibility and a positive working attitude
