Admin Finance

The position will be based in Yogyakarta and will be responsible for supporting day-to-day finance and accounting administration, including invoicing, AR/AP, petty cash, bank reconciliation, and financial documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum D3/S1 in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance, Accounting, or Administration; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Good understanding of basic accounting and financial administration.
• Familiar with invoicing, Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), petty cash, and bank transaction recording.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with financial data and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail with good numerical and analytical skills.
• Able to maintain the accuracy, completeness, and timely processing of financial records and supporting documents.
• Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams, customers, and vendors.
• Able to manage administrative tasks and meet monthly deadlines and reporting schedules.
• High level of integrity, responsibility, discipline, and confidentiality when handling financial information.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta.
