About the role

General Admin staff position responsible for accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, managing shipping coordination, inventory tracking, and documentation across multiple systems and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange shipments and driver coordination
• Process goods returns
• Conduct manual stock counts
• Manage raw materials and finished goods inventory
• Arrange loading of materials and goods
• Input raw materials data
• Input finished goods data
• Input production results
• Reconcile stock in Accurate program with manual records
• Create correspondence and documentation
• Create receipt notes and invoices
• Organize and file documents
• Manage spare parts inventory
• Create sales orders, delivery notes, and invoices
• Input incoming and outgoing data in Cortex system
