🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Project Warehouse Admin, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation and administration of the project warehouse, including:

• Recording incoming and outgoing materials.
• Updating daily material stock and inventory.
• Monitoring material availability and identifying shortages.
• Preparing and maintaining warehouse documentation.
• Controlling Delivery Notes, Material Requests, SPB, PO, and other material documents.
• Coordinating with Logistics, Site Engineer, Site Manager, Purchasing, and Vendors.
• Conducting regular physical stock checks and comparing them with records.
• Maintaining an organized and accurate warehouse database.
• Preparing Daily and Weekly Material Reports.
• Monitoring material movements between warehouse and project areas.
• Reporting damaged, missing, or irregular materials immediately.
• Ensuring all warehouse records are properly filed and easy to trace.

✅ REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse administration, preferably in the construction industry.
• Minimum education Senior High School (SMA/SMK); Diploma is an advantage.
• Familiar with construction materials and warehouse operations.
• Good understanding of inventory and stock control.
• Able to operate Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong attention to detail and good documentation skills.
• Honest, disciplined, responsible, and organized.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a project team.
• Willing to work on-site in Cemagi / Canggu, Bali.

⭐ A PLUS IF YOU HAVE

• Experience working on villa, hotel, apartment, or high-end construction projects.
• Experience handling construction materials such as marble, tiles, cement, steel, timber, electrical, plumbing, MEP materials, and finishing materials.
• Experience with warehouse/inventory management systems.
• Experience preparing material reports and stock reconciliation.
