Melakukan pengecekan fisik material yang datang dan tersedia di gudang.
Melakukan pengecekan fisik serta kelengkapan nota pembelian bahan/material.
Memastikan setiap nota bahan memiliki dan sesuai dengan Purchase Order (PO).
Melakukan pencatatan dan pengarsipan dokumen material dan nota bahan secara tertib.
Memastikan kesesuaian antara material fisik, nota bahan, dan PO
Menertibkan dan mengelola administrasi lapangan agar terdokumentasi dengan rapi dan sesuai prosedur
