Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Information Technology, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• Preferred: Advanced studies in digital business or operations management.

Experience

• 3 to 5+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce operations, online retail, or digital store administration.
• 1 to 2+ years in a supervisory, team-lead, or management capacity overseeing staff, virtual assistants, or cross-functional departments.
• Hands-on background in back-office workflows, order fulfillment, inventory control, and sales/warehouse coordination.
• E-Commerce & Marketplace Platforms: Deep familiarity with systems like Shopee, and TikTok Shop.
• Leadership & People Management: Ability to delegate tasks, track team KPIs, handle escalation issues, and coordinate personnel.
• Problem-Solving & Attention to Detail: Capable of resolving order discrepancies, payment gateway glitches, stockouts, or customer service escalations swiftly.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication for coordinating with suppliers, platforms, and upper management.
• Conflict Resolution & Crisis Management: Proven ability to handle high-stress situations, resolve internal team friction, and make quick, firm decisions during operational crises.
• Performance Accountability: Experience establishing clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and holding team members strictly accountable to deadlines, accuracy rates, and output metrics.
• Firm Change Management: Capacity to introduce new processes, tools, or restructuring with confidence, overcoming team resistance through clear, authoritative direction.
• Command Presence: Exudes confidence, commands respect naturally from subordinates and stakeholders and is comfortable being the final decision maker.
• Resilience & Thick Skin: High emotional intelligence combined with psychological stamina to handle criticism, pushback from teams, or demanding targets from upper management.
• Decisiveness: Ability to assess a situation with limited time or data and make a firm call without second-guessing or hesitation.
• Direct Communication Style: Straightforward, transparent, and concise in giving feedback, eliminating ambiguity or misunderstandings in fast-moving office.

Pay: Php17,500.00 - Php18,200.00 per month
