Admin HORECA

About the role

Handle daily HORECA sales administration and customer data, including processing customer orders, preparing quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales documents. Monitor order status and coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance teams while maintaining and updating customer databases and sales records.

Key responsibilities

• Handle daily HORECA sales administration and customer data
• Input and process customer orders accurately and on time
• Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales documents
• Monitor order status and coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Logistics, and Finance teams
• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
• Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and customer requests
• Handle and organize HORECA documents and administrative files
• Support the HORECA Sales team with administrative and operational activities

About you

• Minimum D3/S1, preferably in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related fields
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as Sales Admin, Sales Support, Customer Service, or similar positions
• Experience in HORECA, FMCG, F&B, or distribution is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work with deadlines
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
