We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Admin / HR Officer

Job Location: Ikorodu, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

HR Administration & Record Keeping:

• Maintain physical and digital personnel files, employment contracts, and leave tracking systems.
• Update and manage employee data in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
• Gather and prepare payroll data, benefits information, and insurance records.

Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Draft job descriptions, post vacancies on job boards, and screen applicant resumes.
• Coordinate interview schedules, background checks, and reference verifications
• Guide new hires through onboarding orientation, policy reviews, and paperwork completion.

Employee Relations & Compliance:

• Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries regarding company policies, leave, and benefits.
• Assist in organizing performance review cycles, training sessions, and disciplinary or grievance meetings.
• Ensure adherence to local labor laws, workplace safety rules, and statutory compliance requirements.

General Office Administration:

• Supervise general office operations, vendor management, travel coordination, and inventory/supplies.

Qualification

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the banking sector.
