Admin - Human Resources

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Sourcing: Post job openings across job boards, screen resumes, schedule candidate interviews.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Prepare offer letters, collect new-hire documentation, coordinate orientation programs, and assist with offboarding and exit procedures.
• HR Administration: Maintain employee records in the HR Information System (HRIS) ensuring data accuracy and full compliance with local labor regulations.
• Payroll Support: Assist with tracking attendance, leave management, and preparing monthly payroll data/adjustments for approval.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in an HR administrative, recruitment.
• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and prior experience with HRIS or payroll software (e.g., Info-Tech) is strongly preferred.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high emotional intelligence and discretion.
• Organization: Strong time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multi-step workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
