Admin (Intern)

About the Role:

• Support daily administrative and clerical tasks for construction projects and office operations.
• Maintain and organise project documents, contracts, invoices, and records.
• Perform data entry and update project and supplier databases accurately.
• Schedule meetings and appointments with clients, suppliers, and project teams.
• Handle routine calls and emails from clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Prepare and format reports, correspondence, quotations, and project documents.
• Assist with office and site supplies, inventory, and purchase requests.
• Support project teams with general administrative duties and special projects.

What we're looking for

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from business administration, office management, or a related field

• Strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer literacy

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin or other languages is advantageous

• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accuracy in all work

• A professional and courteous attitude with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

• Basic understanding of administrative principles and office management practices is preferred
