Candidate Qualifications

• Welcome to undergraduate students from any academic course.
• Comfortable operating fully in an on-site office environment.
• Attentive to detail, accountable, and eager to build hands-on industry experience.
• Competent in using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools, with emphasis on spreadsheet management.

Key Responsibilities

• Process, organize, and archive physical and digital files while completing general clerical duties.
• Address and oversee communications across messaging platforms, telephone lines, and email.
• Work alongside the administration staff to fulfill assigned tasks within established timelines.
• Input, track, and update records, including financial data entry within QuickBooks.
• Execute additional organizational duties and special assignments directed by the Admin Manager.
• Report to the workplace daily to deliver administrative assistance and support seamless operations.

Role Details

• Entitles interns to a daily allowance of ₱100.00.
• Work Schedule: Monday-Friday (8:00AM-5:00PM)
• Office Location: Sampaloc, Manila (near LRT 2-Pureza)
• Require an academic endorsement letters as part of the onboarding documentation.
• Must be willing to render at least 300 total internship hours or above
