Job Description:

• Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
• Support scheduling of meetings, appointments, and basic coordination tasks.
• Assist in handling phone calls, emails, and other office correspondence.
• Help maintain organized office records and a tidy workspace.
• Support preparation of reports, meeting notes, and presentations when required.
• Assist in organizing meetings, events, and office activities.
• Provide administrative support to team members and learn about daily office operations.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Positive attitude, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM800.00 per month
