Admin Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Administrative Support: Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.

• Office Management: Support in maintaining a clean and organized office environment, including managing mail and deliveries.

• Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies, equipment, and uniforms, coordinating orders as needed.

• Billing and Accounting Support: Assist in preparing invoices, processing payments, and reconciling accounts, working closely with the finance team.

• Client Communication: Handle client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing excellent customer service and addressing any issues or requests promptly.

• Scheduling and Coordination: Assist in scheduling cleaning appointments, coordinating with clients, and cleaning staff to ensure timely service delivery.

• Supervisor Assistance: PhilGeps and Internal IT tasks.

• Any tasks directly or indirectly related to the above-mentioned business details requested by Trustera Solutions, Inc.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Keen attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

• Amenable to render internship onsite

• Amenable to render at least 300 hours
