Location: Viman Nagar, Pune
Internship Duration: 3 Months
Experience: 3–6 months in administration or coordination
Education: Any Graduate

About the Role

Aligned Automation is looking for a responsible and well-organised Admin Intern to support daily administrative activities, prepare reports for senior managers, coordinate with team members, and assist in organising employee engagement activities.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, and summaries for senior managers.
• Coordinate with team members and seniors to collect information and follow up on pending tasks.
• Assist in arranging logistics, materials, and schedules for Rewards & Recognition activities and internal events.
• Support documentation, record-keeping, and routine administrative tasks.
• Ensure assigned tasks and activities are completed on time.

Requirements

• Any graduate.
• 3–6 months of relevant experience in administration, coordination, or a similar role.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of spreadsheets, reports, and office documentation.
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating with different people.
• Available to join immediately or at short notice.

Internship Details

• Duration: 3 months
• Location: Viman Nagar, Pune
• Stipend: To be decided based on the interview and the candidate’s understanding of the role.
