°CRYO On is a premium Recovery & Wellness brand in Bangkok. We are looking for an Admin Intern — Customer Service / Chat who enjoys communicating with people and wants to gain real-world experience in customer service and business operations.

Who We're Looking For

• Students from any relevant field who are interested in Customer Service, Administration, or Business Operations
• Strong written Thai and good attention to detail
• Friendly, service-minded, and comfortable communicating with customers
• Organized and responsible with good follow-up skills
• Basic written English is an advantage
• Willing to learn and work as part of a team

What You'll Do

• Respond to customer enquiries through assigned chat channels
• Provide accurate information about services, packages, prices, and promotions
• Understand customer needs and recommend relevant services
• Support customers from enquiry through booking
• Coordinate booking details and availability with branches
• Record customer enquiries, bookings, and follow-ups accurately
• Escalate complaints or questions beyond your authority to the responsible team
