As an Admin intern, you will handle the following but not limited to:

• Assist in managing office communications, including answering phone calls and handling basic email correspondence.
• Support office supply inventory by monitoring stock levels and assisting with purchasing requests.
• Help schedule and coordinate calendars for onsite meetings, including preparing meeting rooms and necessary materials.
• Assist in coordinating with courier services and receiving deliveries and documents.
• Support communication with building management and suppliers when needed.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-equipped office environment.
• Provide general administrative support such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.

Internship Details:

• Can start on 1st or 2nd week of November
• Open to voluntary and mandatory internship
• Must be graduate or students of BS Office Administration / Office Management or related
• Monday to Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
• Location: BGC, Taguig
• Paid internship
