Admin Internal Audit (Magang / Internship)

• Assist the Internal Audit team in daily administrative activities.
• Assist with translation of internal documents and reports from Bahasa Indonesia to English and vice versa.
• Support proofreading and checking translated documents to ensure the content is clear and consistent with the original document.
• Assist in preparing, organizing, and filing Internal Audit documents.
• Support data entry and document administration.
• Assist with preparing meeting materials and other supporting documents.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Internal Audit team.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree student from any major.
• Good to strong English proficiency, especially in written English.
• Able to understand and translate business-related documents while maintaining the original context and meaning.
• Good attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Good administrative and organizational skills.
• Willing to learn and able to work well in a team.
