Admin (Internship)

Responsibilities

-Handle daily administrative work, filing and documentation.

-Prepare and maintain Purchase Orders (PO), invoices, Delivery Orders (DO) and related records.

-Assist with purchasing and communicate with suppliers regarding orders, pricing and deliveries.

-Follow up on outstanding orders, documents and operational matters.

-Perform basic data entry, checking and simple calculations.

-Coordinate information and documents between management, suppliers and outlet staff.

-Prepare stationery and supplies according to outlet requests and maintain issuance records.

-Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems.

-Assist management in preparing simple reports, letters, forms and records.

-Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

-Diploma/Degree student in Business Administration, Management, Accounting, Finance or related field.

-Comfortable with basic calculations and numbers.

-Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

-Organized, responsible and detail-oriented.

-Able to communicate and follow up independently.

-Willing to learn and take initiative.

-Able to work in Bandar Sri Sendayan, Negeri Sembilan.
