ADMIN INTERNSHIP

Location: One South Street Mall, Seri Kembangan (2mins from LRT/MRT)

We are looking for Admin Intern for our office administration and daily business operations.

Main Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administrative tasks

• Prepare documents, quotations, invoices and other office paperwork

• Organize and maintain files and records

• Assist with data entry and updating customer information

• Assist with packing orders and preparing items for delivery

• Participate in video shoots with the team

• Assist with taking photos and videos of products, office activities and team activities

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field

• Responsible, punctual and willing to learn

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Able to work independently and as part of a team

• Good attitude and willingness to assist with different tasks

• No prior working experience required
