Admin Internship

Role Description

• To coordinate and communicate on all administrative processes including liaising with related solicitors, insurance agents, authorities and within internal department.
• Ensure that all files are properly maintained and kept up to date in accordance with statute and company policy.
• In charge of documentation (traditional paper and/or electronic filing) in term of filling, maintain, update records and information in the SharePoint and performing basic bookkeeping/ clerical duties.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or similar tools.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Willingness to learn, adapt, and work collaboratively in an on-site office environment.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field is an advantage.
• Able to work in Seri Kembangan, Selangor.
