Admin - Inventory Administrator

Your skills

• Proven work experience (or equivalent) on warehouse stock checks would be an asset
• B2 English
• MS Office knowledge
• Readiness to work in shifts (including weekends)

Your tasks

• Perform stock checks reports and inventory management activities.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and update inventory records.
• Perform inventory reconciliation and stock adjustments.
• Conduct partner/vendor evaluations related to inventory operations.
• Coordinate with internal and global stakeholders to resolve inventory-related issues.
• Work with SAP/WMS to manage warehouse transactions and inventory data.
• Prepare reports using MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Ensure timely completion of warehouse and inventory-related activities while maintaining accurate documentation.
