Admin KOL Internship (Finance)

what will you do :

• Help to handle administrative processes related to KOL, influencer, and creator payments.

• Verify KOL invoices, payment requests, contracts, and supporting documents.

• Ensure payment requests are complete, accurate, and properly approved.

• Record KOL-related transactions into the accounting system accurately and on time.

• Prepare and maintain journals related to KOL/influencer expenses.

• Prepare and collect supporting documents required for tax and accounting purposes.

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports related to KOL transactions and payments.

• Prepare periodic reports related to KOL expenses and payment status.

• Coordinate with Finance AP team and Tax regarding applicable withholding tax and tax documentation.

• Monitor KOL/influencer expenses against approved budgets.

• Track outstanding payment requests and follow up on pending documents or approvals.

• Prepare periodic reports related to KOL expenses and payment status.

Qualifications :

• Freshgraduate in Accounting, experience in Admin Marketing. KOL, Affiliate for payment.
• active, creative, detail-oriented.
• can join as soon as possible and willing to be placed in Greenlake city, Tangerang.

Note : Interview will be proccessed in Offline (onsite) at Office.
