ADMIN ( LAB / SSHE )

Lab :

• Responsible on administrative support in main laboratory and site laboratory (filing, typing, handling incoming and outgoing fax, mail courier and etc.)
• Responsible on Customer’s Sample Request, delivery on time.
• Responsible for COA preparation for Customer’s Sample Request according to product specification.
• Ensure timely in generation on QA Monthly Report and Product Quality Monitoring Report for finished products.
• Collection Delivery Order and Verify invoices before submission to Finance department.
• Update laboratory staff training records and attendance to Human Resources department.
• Performing Lab Safety and Housekeeping program in the laboratory.

Safety :

• Assist in preparing monthly reporting for SSHE department

• Filing all documents for Security, Safety, Health and Environmental related, included Pest Control.

• Assist SSHE Managers and team in compiling daily, weekly and monthly data.

• To assist in pest control documentation and follow-up status inter department

• Assist SSHE Managers and team in compliance to Malaysia Law and Regulations, ISO 45001 :2018 ISO 14001 : 2015 in safe keeping records within the require retention time

• Assist on Environmental Audit and monitoring program and Schedule Waste Management

• To perform any other duties as assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum 1 year of experience in admin environment

• Candidate with SKM / Diploma in any related fields welcome to apply

• Experience in QA, QC and ISO is an added advantage.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
