We are seeking a dynamic and organized Learning Center Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our educational support facility. Duties

• Supervise and support staff members, including teachers, administrative personnel, and student assistants, ensuring smooth daily operations
• Manage scheduling of classes, events, and facility use to maximize resources and meet community needs
• Coordinate communication between faculty, parents, students, and external partners to promote transparency and collaboration
• Ensure the learning environment adheres to safety protocols and maintains a welcoming atmosphere for all visitors

Qualifications

• Proven experience in school or higher education administration, with a focus on program development and team management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and educational administrative software systems
• Excellent written communication skills for documentation, reports, and correspondence
• Experience working with students of various age groups in an educational context
• Knowledge of education administration best practices within university or school environments
