Admin livestream operation

About the role

TikTok Live Operations role responsible for setting up and managing live streaming systems and equipment to support marketing and branding initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Install and prepare live streaming systems according to planned schedules (cameras, lighting, props, audio systems, and computers)
• Monitor and manage video and audio systems during live streaming in collaboration with the team
• Check equipment readiness before, during, and after live sessions
• Troubleshoot video and audio system issues during operations
• Work outside the office and outside regular working hours as required by the job

About you

• Vocational certificate or higher qualification
• Background in electronics or related field
• Basic knowledge or experience in setting up live streaming systems
• Ability to work under pressure and in urgent situations
• Able to travel for work outside the office
• Able to drive a car
• Flexible with working hours and able to work well as part of a team
