ADMIN - LOGISTICS

About the role

Responsible in handling and overseeing the company's logistics operations, including inventory, warehousing, delivery and fleet management. Works closely with Admin – Procurement to ensure the timely and proper movement of purchased goods, materials and equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels of office supplies, tools, equipment and materials.
• Receive, inspect and record incoming deliveries against Purchase Orders and Delivery Receipts issued by Admin – Procurement; report discrepancies immediately.
• Maintain proper warehouse/stockroom organization, ensuring correct storage, labeling and safekeeping of supplies and equipment.
• Prepare and conduct periodic physical count reconciliation.
• Coordinate the release and transfer of stocks, supplies, tools and equipment to requesting departments or project sites.
• Coordinate with Admin – Procurement on incoming purchase schedules and stock replenishment requirements.
• Arrange and monitor delivery, shipment and freight requirements, whether local or international, including required documentation.
• Track and monitor company vehicles' schedules, Preventive Maintenance, registration and insurance renewal.
• Coordinate with couriers, freight forwarders and customs brokers as necessary for the movement of goods.
• Schedule and dispatch company vehicles and drivers/messengers for deliveries, pick-ups and errands, including pick-up of items procured by Admin – Procurement.

About you

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics Management or any related field.
