Admin Manager / Administration Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Manage overall office administration and facility management across Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar and Surat.
• Monitor office/showroom consumables, maintain stock and coordinate timely procurement.
• Manage and coordinate with vendors for office requirements and services.
• Supervise housekeeping staff, assign daily tasks and ensure service quality.
• Conduct regular hygiene and cleanliness checks across office premises.
• Track maintenance issues such as electrical, plumbing, furniture, etc., and coordinate timely resolution.
• Manage Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar requirements on-site.
• Coordinate Surat office requirements through online communication.
• Ensure proper follow-up and timely completion of administrative tasks.

Preferred candidate profile

• 12 years of experience in Administration, Office Management or Facility Management.
• Graduate qualification preferred.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel and Outlook.
• Good communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and vendors.
• Experience in housekeeping and staff supervision will be preferred.
• Willingness to travel between Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar as required.
• Comfortable with online coordination for the Surat office.
• Knowledge of Hindi, Gujarati and English will be preferred.
