Job Overview

Admin Manager to oversee and manage the administrative operations of our institute. The role involves coordinating with the admin team, managing student batches, and ensuring smooth communication between students and faculty. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, organizational abilities, and a proven track record in administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the admin team for smooth day-to-day operations.
• Plan, schedule, and manage student batches efficiently.
• Ensure proper coordination and communication between students and faculty members.
• Maintain discipline, records, and documentation related to student batches.
• Assist in handling student queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Monitor and improve administrative processes for better efficiency.
• Support management in implementing policies and maintaining standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in administration (preferably in an educational setup).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and general administrative tools.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
