Admin Manager

The Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of administrative operations at our Chennai location. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented professional capable of ensuring smooth and efficient Plant office operations while implementing administrative policies and supporting the company's business expansion plans and objectives.

Requirements

• Knowledge of statutory compliance related to admin - Fire, Pollution Control, Contract Labor, and Factory License renewals.
• Strong vendor management experience - contract negotiation, SLA monitoring, and cost control for housekeeping, security, transport, and maintenance vendors.
• End-to-end canteen management - menu planning, hygiene audits, FSSAI compliance, vendor billing, and employee satisfaction surveys.
• Expertise in facility management - plant upkeep, utilities, waste management, and 5S implementation across admin areas.
• Proven experience in managing large teams and complex administrative functions, with strong capabilities in team handling.
• Budgeting and cost control for admin expenses with focus on 10-15% annual savings.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
