Key Responsibilities

Branch Operations

• Assist the Branch Manager in managing the overall day-to-day operations of the branch.
• Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the branch.
• Monitor branch opening, closing, housekeeping, and general operational activities.
• Ensure proper implementation of company SOPs, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate with Head Office and other departments for branch-related requirements

Staff Management

• Supervise and coordinate the branch team.
• Allocate responsibilities and monitor daily work.
• Guide, motivate, and support employees to achieve their targets.
• Monitor attendance, punctuality, discipline, and work performance.
• Identify training requirements and coordinate with HR/management.
• Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Management, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in retail, sales, branch operations, or a similar managerial role.

Experience in building materials, sanitaryware, or showroom operations will be an advantage.

Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.

Good communication, leadership, customer-handling, and problem-solving skills.

Strong sales orientation and team-management capability.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per year
