Admin Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinic administrative and operational activities.
• Coordinate with nurses, medical staff, patients, suppliers, and management.
• Monitor clinic schedules, records, reports, and documentation.
• Assist in monitoring clinic supplies, equipment, and inventory.
• Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of patient and administrative documents.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and clinic procedures.
• Coordinate with the main office regarding HR, Finance, Procurement, and Operations concerns.
• Assist in addressing patient and staff concerns.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly clinic reports.
• Support the clinic team in maintaining efficient and quality patient services.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• With experience in clinic, hospital, healthcare, or administrative management is an advantage.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and trustworthy.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in a dialysis clinic or healthcare setting is an advantage.
• Willing to travel between Malvar, Batangas and San Pablo, Laguna.
• Willing to be assigned to both stand-alone dialysis clinics.
