Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and streamlining school-wide administrative operations.
• Developing and implementing SOPs for consistency and efficiency.
• Coordinating day-to-day campus functioning and resource utilisation.
• Budget planning, financial monitoring and vendor management.
• Overseeing infrastructure maintenance, safety and space development.
• Supervising and mentoring administrative and support staff.
• Ensuring compliance with educational and regulatory requirements.
• Supporting technology integration in collaboration with the IT team.
• Maintaining warm, professional relations with parents and community stakeholders.
• Ensuring that administrative systems, infrastructure and daily operations support the school s ethos of care, dignity and meaningful learning experiences for children.
