Admin Manager / Marketing Assistant

Key Responsibilities-

• Manage the company's social media platforms and respond to customer inquiries.
• Handle enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, and other communication channels.
• Share product catalogues with prospective customers and initiate the first level of client interaction.
• Maintain Excel sheets and update records accurately.
• Reply to emails professionally and on time.
• Coordinate product deliveries and book logistics services (Porter or similar platforms).
• Attend to walk-in customers and provide basic product information.
• Assist with daily administrative and office coordination activities.

Requirements-

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Bengali.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and email handling.
• Familiarity with social media platforms such as Instagram and WhatsApp Business.
• Well-organized, customer-friendly, and able to multitask.
• Prior experience in administration, customer support, or marketing assistance will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
