* Kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal yang baik untuk berkoordinasi dengan berbagai divisi.
* Teliti, rapi, disiplin, dan memiliki kemampuan manajemen waktu yang kuat.
* Kreatif, berpikir kritis (critical thinking), serta proaktif.
