Admin Marketing Staff

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Admin Marketing Staff to join PT Dialogika Persona Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing and sales team by managing client data, following up potential leads, and ensuring smooth communication between the company and clients. Your role will be crucial in maintaining client satisfaction and helping the company reach its marketing and sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and engage new followers or leads from our social media platforms
• Respond to client messages and inquiries through WhatsApp
• Conduct follow-ups with clients via WhatsApp, email, or calls
• Update and manage client information in the company database
• Support the sales and marketing team in day-to-day administrative tasks
• Assist in preparing marketing reports and documentation
• Monitor campaign responses and assist in handling inquiries
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth client service and coordination

Qualifications

• Final year student in any major — preferably Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or related field
• Fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome
• Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
• Able to work from office in Yogyakarta at least 3 times per week (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday/Sunday).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in managing data and client relationships.
• Passionate about marketing, sales, and customer engagement.
• Able to work with targets and deadlines.
