About the role
Administrator responsible for managing marketplace operations across various platforms, monitoring and handling complaints from sellers and buyers, and ensuring platform compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage marketplace from various platforms
- Monitor and handle complaints from sellers and buyers quickly and professionally
- Manage product data, categories, and seller information in the marketplace system
- Ensure seller compliance with platform policies and regulations
- Create periodic reports on seller activity, complaints, and marketplace feature performance
About you
- Minimum SMA education or equivalent from any field (finance, management, or marketing preferred)
- Minimum 1 year work experience as an administrator or in marketplace operations
- Experience in optical/eyeglasses marketplace preferred
- Proficient in computer use and fast typing
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented, able to work under pressure, and good problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of basic online business and marketplace fundamentals is an added value
- Confident on camera for live sessions
- Domiciled in Jakarta
