Admin Officer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Admin Officer to support our intercompany operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or junior candidates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in ERP systems and intercompany transactions.

You will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between group companies by handling transactional documents such as Purchase Orders (PO), Sales Orders (SO), and Goods Received Notes (GRN).

Key Responsibilities

• Create and process Intercompany Purchase Orders (PO) and Sales Orders (SO) in ERP system.
• Prepare and update Goods Received Notes (GRN) and ensure accurate matching with transactions.
• Coordinate intercompany transactions between internal entities to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure all documentation is accurately recorded and properly filed in the ERP system.
• Communicate with internal teams (Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, Operations) for transaction alignment.
• Monitor intercompany order status and follow up on discrepancies or pending items.
• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory and transaction records.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM qualification with at least 2 years of working experience.

• Basic understanding of administrative or accounting processes is an advantage.

• Experience with ERP systems is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided.

• Has experience using Microsoft Excel and computer systems.

• Ability to handle repetitive but important transactional work.

• Good communication and coordination skills.
