Admin Officer

Responsibility:

• Female candidate is preferred

• Logistics: shipment status updates, liaise with customers and warehouse on shipment status & complaints

• Work closely with the sales team and pro-actively gather all sales documents for preparation of billing/invoice.

• Pro-actively prepare,collate and allocate all required document/information for timely and accurate invoicing.

• Manage and prepare a high volume of invoicing based on appropriate rates of various instruments/equipment and process any relevant credit notes.

• Verify and check all incoming invoices for accuracy.

• Source, select & negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.

Requirements:

• Candidate must posses at least SPM / STPM / Certificate / Diploma
• 1-2 years working experience in the related field
• Good in MS OFFICE (Excel & Word)
• Results oriented person, multitasking, good time management skills, energetic, well organized, highly responsible, honest and patience.
• AGGRESSIVE, WITH LEARNER MINDSET & ABLE TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE.
