ADMIN OFFICER

Job Scopes & Responsibilities

• Provide support in attendance computation and ensure the timely & accuracy in accordance with company policies and legal compliance.
• Assist in foreign worker matters to ensure compliance with regulations and the smoothness of the business operations process.
• Manage the foreign workers onboarding (including hostel) and offboarding.
• Foreign worker Welfare, Transport & Daily Operations.
• Take charge of office administrative functions and perform administrative support for the smoothness of the HR & Admin operations process and the daily business requirements.
• Work closely with the ESH and Production team for company premise and employee's environment, safety and health.
• Responsible to stay connect with supplier on solving factory maintenance issue reported by Maintenance and Production Team

Key Skills and Qualification

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.

• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English

• Required skill(s): Microsoft Office

• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Working experience in manufacturing environment will be an added advantage.
